The Draft Bill declares a public emergency in economic, financial, fiscal, pension, security, defense, tariffs, energy, health, administrative and social matters until 31 December 2024, and delegates powers to the National Executive to “promote the initiative private” and “the development of industry and commerce.”
The Draft Bill, in its 664 articles and 6 annexes, proposes a broad reform in the following matters:
- Administrative reorganization
- Economic reorganization
- Security and defense
- Justice
- Interior, environment, tourism and sports
- Human capital
- Public health
- Infrastructure and associated services and activities
The Draft Bill also proposes ratifying the Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 70/2023, of “Bases for the Reconstruction of the Argentine Economy”, to deregulate and promote economic activity.
