Italy: Decree of the Ministry of Health concerning the 0.75% contribution for the governance of medical devices - deadline for appeal

9 April 2024 is the deadline for filing an appeal against the decree of 29 December 2023 published on 9 February 2024 in the Official Gazette - General Series, No. 33, by which the Minister of Health, in agreement with the Minister of Economy and Finance, defined the criteria and procedures for the collection and distribution of resources pertaining to the "Fund for the Government of Medical Devices," in compliance with Article 28 of Legislative Decree No. 137/2022 and Article 24 of Legislative Decree No. 138/2022.
