  • Foreign Exchange Control. Implementation of the Import Statistics System (SEDI) and issuance of bonds for economic reconstruction.
  • Customs. Elimination of various technical barriers.
  • Taxes. Regularization of tax, social security, and customs obligations.
  • Investments. Implementation of the Incentive Regime for Large Investments with tax, customs, and foreign exchange benefits, and 30 years of stability for projects investing at least USD 200 million in specific areas.
  • Labor Modernization and Flexibility. Possibility to agree on salary payments in foreign currency and the introduction of new labor termination systems.
  • Deregulation. Creation of the Ministry of Deregulation and State Transformation to promote policies in various sectors.
